Work Underway

The ambitious regeneration programme will take place over the next 15 to 20 years and will see the creation of a vibrant sustainable community with 4,200 new homes, improved open spaces (including parks and squares), better community facilities, safer streets and improved transport links. Work on the first phase of development (phase 1a) has begun and Southwark Council has recently adopted an Area Action Plan for the new area that incorporates residents’ aspirations for their new community.
