The First Phase of the Aylesbury Regeneration (phase 1a)

The first phase being undertaken in the redevelopment programme will be an exciting new development encompassing 260 new homes, a new Aylesbury Resource Centre (to replace the day centre) and some commercial units. It has been designed by Levitt Bernstein Associates.

The first phase of development will start in the southwest corner of the estate. The show home, constructed in the Amersham Youth Centre in July 2007, represented the kind of new homes that will be built in the first phase. We are working with housing associations to ensure your new homes will be built to a high standard, with space requirements and design features that meet residents needs.
