Leasehold acquisitions begin

July 2007
The council has started the process to buy back leasehold properties located in phase one a of the estate. We will not be purchasing any other leasehold properties on the estate until a detailed phasing plan has been drawn up as part of the masterplan. This will indicate when each block will be demolished. This information is expected to be available at the end of 2007.
